- What is Career Test?
Career Test is a test based on a complete analysis of your personality. The Career Test report includes an in-depth study of your personality and a detailed analysis of the way you work, your traits, and your professional assets. It highlights pitfalls at work that your personality makes you vulnerable to, and offers personalized answers and advice on how to deal with them and how to increase your chances of success.
- How reliable is Career Test?
Career Test's reliability has been proven in a study by an independent testing organization. Statistically, it ranks among the best tests currently available.
- Why is taking a step like this important to my career?
For two main reasons:
1 - Knowing yourself and becoming aware of your professional traits (the way you work, organize tasks, communicate with others, etc.) helps you get ahead, because you know exactly what strengths you can use in order to succeed. If you don't know yourself well enough, you won't understand your own inclinations. This will limit your growth. You will reach a certain level and never go beyond it, even if you change jobs. It is also used by job seekers who have questions about their career, in particular about their work orientation. We also operate a separate website for professionals, where the Career Test is used by coaches, job and leadership counselors, trainers, teachers, as well as by company personnel departments that promote from within.
- I have lost my account number. What should I do?
If you printed out the pages of the online report, your account number will appear at the top of each page. If you received the report by email, your account number will appear in the body of the email. (If you no longer have the email, write us at the address below and give us your username and email address.)
- I don't remember the name I used when I signed up. What should I do?
If you printed out the pages of the online report, your username will appear at the top of each page. If you received the report by email, your username will appear in the body of the email. If neither applies, email us your account number, and we will send you your username.
- How do I order the rest of my Career Test?
Go to www.career-and-people.com and enter your username and account number in the Returning Users space. This will let you access your personal page, where you can order the rest of the test. (If you don't have your username or account number, see above in the FAQ.) On your Returning Users page you will find a choice of payment methods: by credit card through the secure WorldPay server or by bank transfer.
- I didn't finish answering the Career Test questionnaire. How do I continue?
Your initial answers have been saved. You can continue answering the Career Test questionnaire from your Returning Users page. To access it, enter your username and account number in the appropriate space on the www.career-and-people.com home page. If you don't have your username or account number, see above.
- I want to order the rest of Career Test. Can I get a preview of the content I will receive if I order it?

- Do you have any references that I could see before purchasing my full report?

We're sorry, but you can't. We designed the Career Test to help people, not to choose among them. Career-and-people.com is only for individuals. We operate a separate website for professionals, but only as a source of advice in their coaching, consulting, or training work.
